I leave to my wife all my lots of land that lie on the west side of Frogs Neck, known by the name of the two houses, which I bought of one Bailey, with the appurtenances. I leave to my son Joseph, all my apparell. To my daughter Esther, my negro girl "Lucy", and two fether beds, etc. To my daughter Martha, my negro boy "Jack." All the rest of household goods to my wife Rebecca, and to my daughters Esther and Martha. I leave to my sons Philip and Marcus all my salt meadow that lies within the bounds of their deed from me, heretofore made, except 2 coves of meadow that lie on the lower end of the Cove, on the south side of the brook. I leave to my sons Lewis and Benjamin, all the rest of my real estate, house, barn, orchard, etc.; Also a L 25 right in the Sheep Pasture; Also my negroes, horses, and cattle, and they are to pay my wife L40, to to my daughter Martha, L40. To my daughter Martha, wife of Benjamin Morell, I leave all that my dwelling house and lots situate upon Minifords Island in the Manor of Pelham, which I bought of Enoch Hunt and Joseph Mullinex, during her life and then to her daughter Mary. If she dies without issue, then to Ann, daughter of Benjamin Palmer. I leave to my daughter Martha "one small Iron Pot, and one hog and my Poultry, and the bed I commonly lie on." My executors are to put on good security L50 for my daughter Martha, and all my wearing apparell. My executors are to sell all the rest and divide among my children. I make my sons, Philip and Benjamin, and my grandson, Joshua Pell, Jr., executors.
