- Abstract of the will of AMYE DRAKE OF MUSBURY, in ye County of Devon, widow. Dated 8 Oct. 1577. I desire to be buried in the parish church of Musbury. To my eldest son Barnarde Drake Esq., my best silver goblet. To his eldest sonne, John Drake, To Hugh Drake. To Ellen Drake. To Margaret Drake. To Mary Drake, dau. Barnarde. The half part of the of all my goods I bequeath unto Robert Drake, my son, to the use of Gertrude Drake and Barnarde Drake his children, to delivered unto them at the dayes of their marriages or ages of 20 years. The other half part unto Richard Drake my son.
Executors:—Robert Drake and Richard Drake, my sons.
Overseers:—my cousin, Richard Tremaine, Treasurer of Exeter, and my cousin John Tremaine, gentleman.
