Almost certainly the sister of Samuel described in his Obituary in 1883as 'He has a sister, who his 90 years of age, living in Worcester,Mass,who can see, hear, and walk as erect as she could fifty yearsago.'[Calais Advertiser, 19 Sept. 1883, p2] [JP] She married Westbrook KNIGHT (b. 1777; a son of Jonathan KNIGHT[1737-1828] and Mary ATKINS [baptized 1745]). Pike's Diary (p. 15) saysthat 'Westbrook Knight married Patttie Dyer, daughter of James Dyer,sister of Sam Dyer. Their children were Joel, Levi, Rebecca, Luther,Sobrina married John HERALD'. [JP]
