- Frank Arthur Brown was the first child born to Jessie Lavina (Ennis)Brown. He received his education in Stratford, Ontario. Frank became anavid bicycle rider. In 1912, Frank was in the Olympic Games inStockholm, Sweden. He won time prize and placed second. In 1913, he wonthe Dunlop Road Race in Waterloo, Ontario and received the first timeprize. In 1923, he married Mabel Scanlan and settled down to raise afamily of three children in Toronto, Ontario.
