  Note	He came to PEI in 1770 as Secretary to Gov. Patterson. Emigrated on the Elizabeth in 1775, farmed Lot 20, and as agent for Robert Campbell and Robert Clark, Lot 21

  	His marker was moved to the Geddie Memorial Cemetery. There is a plaque by the side of the road at the Campbell property in Park Corner describing the Campbell history.
