Born in Alberton, She was the daughter of the late William and Maude (Simmons) Albert. Survived by sister Doris Ferner, Stratford, Ontario; brother-in-law James H. Schurman, Summerside; and sisters-in-law Edna (Schurman) Gay, Summerside; and Georgina (Schurman) Wright, Summerside; as well by numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her husband Bruce Schurman. Resting at the Moase Funeral Home, Summerside where funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. Interment in Peoples Cemetery, Summerside. No visiting hours by personal request. Memorial donations to the P.E.I. Humane Society or the Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
