Witness	He was enumerated on the census on 6 June 1911 in the household of William Manford Townsend in Jolicure Lake, Westmorland County, New Brunswick, CanadaG. included in the household were his wife Delia, daughter Louise and son William. His occupation was listed as farmer. His religion was listed as Baptist, while the rest of the family was Episcopalian. The census record shows they emigrated in 1911, where their two children were born.¹ 1911 Canada Census, William M. Townshend and family, Jolicure Lake, Westmorland County, New Brunswick.
Death	William A. Townshend died on 15 January 1943. he was an auto mechanic and was working under a car on a hoist when the hoist collapsed and crushed him.²
