  	Theodore and Sarah lived in Searletown when they first married. About 1858 they l moved to a relatively new settlement in Lot 7. Theodore built mills there, on Bear Pond, above Seal Point. For several years he operated the grist and carding mills. He was post-master, Justice of the Peace and leader in this new community. He also operated a lobster factory.
