He was born on 25 October 1803. He married Ruth Amelia ESTY on 7 January 1864; married by Rev. Dr. Hurd. He was listed as the head of the household on the census of 1881 in Gagetown, Queens Co., NB, Canada; age 77. He died on 23 June 1882 at age 78.
